Refund Policy

Important: MusicCoach AI analysis is an assistive practice tool. It is not guaranteed to provide perfect musical transcription, and timing/rhythm feedback is usually more reliable than exact note or chord detection. Please have these policies reviewed by a qualified professional for your country before relying on them.

Free plan first

Every new account includes a free analysis so you can try MusicCoach before paying.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time; you will not be charged again. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used any analyses since that charge, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

Yearly plans

If you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first yearly payment for a full refund, provided you have used no more than 5 analyses in that period.

Technical problems

Failed analyses do not count against your limit. If a technical problem on our side stops you using the service, contact us and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email support@musiccoach.site from your account email address with the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your local consumer laws may give you additional rights.
